10 basic reasons to write a Journal
I write journals since I was 8 or 9 years old. It was my own book, my secrets.
Basically, the first journal was just movie reviews that I watched on Tv or something that caught my attention at school, simple as it should be.
I don’t have all of my journals with me now… wish they were not eaten by bugs or trashed in the garbage… they supposed to be in a friend ‘s house, in another country… but who knows what may have happened…
I could write about journals for a long time… it’s a personal time machine but I am challenging myself to make this article as simple as 10 basic reasons to convince you.
Believe me, it’s harder than I thought
- It’s gonna be your favorite book. For readers like us, it’s a great reason already, huh?
- You are allowed to be yourself. No judgment, repressed feelings or thoughts.
- It’s your best friend. You journal is always there for you, it doesn’t matter where you are or when you need it.
- It’s your personal time. It’s the most important time of your day.
- Your emotions will flow in the pages… they will be released and you will feel better afterwards.
- It becomes a habit. You don’t have to write a full page every day, sometimes a single line…
