I write journals since I was 8 or 9 years old. It was my own book, my secrets.

Basically, the first journal was just movie reviews that I watched on Tv or something that caught my attention at school, simple as it should be.

I don’t have all of my journals with me now… wish they were not eaten by bugs or trashed in the garbage… they supposed to be in a friend ‘s house, in another country… but who knows what may have happened…

I could write about journals for a long time… it’s a personal time machine but I am challenging myself to make this article as simple as 10 basic reasons to convince you.

Believe me, it’s harder than I thought

  1. It’s gonna be your favorite book. For readers like us, it’s a great reason already, huh?
  2. You are allowed to be yourself. No judgment, repressed feelings or thoughts.
  3. It’s your best friend. You journal is always there for you, it doesn’t matter where you are or when you need it.
  4. It’s your personal time. It’s the most important time of your day.
  5. Your emotions will flow in the pages… they will be released and you will feel better afterwards.
  6. It becomes a habit. You don’t have to write a full page every day, sometimes a single line…
