Ryan Rosenberry, just a few deep breaths to start may work! I ‘ve already locked myself in the bathroom to have some Me time…heheh

If I wake up late for work, that’s when I need my meditation the most! Just sit by the side of the bed, a few deep breaths, set my intention for day mentally, a few more deep breaths and it’s done! No more than 5 min. I am already late, so 5 more min won’t make such a big difference, right? If I skip this process, it becomes a snow ball during the day… growing and growing…

And meditation can be done everywhere, you just need to be present in your intention. You ca do it while walking, eating, at the bathroom…you name it !

Hope you find time for it.

Oh, by the way, I think kids a great source for writing. Their curiosity, way of doing things and how the perceive their surrounds… I don’t have kids on my own… maybe that’s why it’s easier for me to admire this things about them… I am free from parent’s duties…who knows?

Social media is a tricky subject. A double edged sword, so , in my opinion, as long it’s used with moderation, it’s totally fine.
