Mindfulness is so important to me. I keep telling people to keep attention, be present in their actions. I am aware of its benefits and apply it to my life.
Most of the time…
Yeah, I can be 100% present while running, diving ,reading a book, journaling or meditating.
That’s a lot more than some people, I guess. But what about all the other activities in my life? I should be mindful in every aspect, right?
Multitasking is my big enemy at the moment. We have been fighting for a couple of weeks now.
I wrote a response here on Medium, about the safety rules in my company and how absurd and difficult it was for me to have to disconnect my devices while in the company grounds. No cell phone, no texting, no earphones while walking on the company. From the parking lot until you get to your work station. It’s still a shock for some people when I mention this…
