Transforming Small Steps Into Big Changes
We all do things we don’t like or desire something that is out of reach in our lives. It’s inevitable, that’s life.
To be patient with that “colleague” at work we don’t like, take the garbage bag outside, start a new class, travel around the world…the list is never ending and every person has its own list of don’t want to and want to.
Although both topics are so different, there are some similarities in how to transform them in your own favor.
I noticed 2 things in common for it:
Create New Habits
I don’t like cooking but I realized that home cooking could bring me many benefits like saving money and time besides healthy food choices.
What my sister prep and cooks in 40 min for her family, take me hours to do for me only. It’s not just the lack of cooking skills, it’s mostly because I don’t like it. So, I used to procrastinate and ended up with home delivery or something from the convenience store.
Still, with this cooking target in mind, I began my kitchen challenge. I used props… first, music to put me in a good mood; then, I began to take my iPad to the kitchen and “watch” Netflix… soon, I found out that I was spending more time in…
